Yellow Version was just made to cash in on the highly overrated anime. Anyways best ones are in Kanto and Johto, hands down. |

I wouldn't say ruined it, it's just the fad ended around the time it started. (I never really liked the Gen III cries for some reason)
AND I AM FAIRLY CERTAIN SPOINK'S CRY IS LONGER IN GEN III THAN GEN IV.
